Start With Small Weights First!

The most important lesson one must know when beginning to body build, is to remember that too much weight to soon may not be good. We are all bound to do something impressive, no matter what field it is. It is very common when taking up bodybuilding, especially if you join a gym, to see guys who have larger biceps than your thighs. A very natural response to this is to try to match the weights they lift and the reps they do. The truth is that you will get hurt by doing this, and you may even end up at a hospital due to muscle problems. From the beginning you must remember to stick to small weights.
The people that you usually see at the gym with gigantic biceps usually have a routine established and have been of bodybuilding longer than a decade. It is not a surprise that their bodies are very well built. To them, weight lifting is as effortless as breathing air, their muscles have become accustomed to the weights making weight lifting an simple task. To get toned, you must begin with basic weights which will more than enough for your muscles to handle.
Before you can run, you must know how to walk or you will fall- the same can be said about bodybuilding, If you think everyone is staring at you when you where lifting small weights just wait until they fall flat on you face for lifting your own body weight. Its better to start out small and have people mock you than the shame if you don’t, trust us.
